Pheasant's Tears - Vardisperi Rkatsiteli - 2021
Made solely with the Vardisperi Rkatsiteli grape, a white grape variety from Kakheti (Eastern Georgia). This rare grape variety has a slightly pink skin colour, hence the name “pink” Rkatsiteli, the latter generally being a white wine variety. The direct pressing and ageing in steel tanks makes the wine bright and lively, with crisp fruity and floral aromas, ending with a slightly herbaceous touch.
